The partnership marks the first time the NFSA has undertaken collecting from a streaming service, and the beginning of an ongoing relationship with Stan. All Stan Originals since the platform launched in 2015 will enter the national audiovisual collection – spanning nearly 140 hours of drama, comedy, factual and feature film.
Highlights include true crime series Revealed: Death Cap Murders (2025), nominated for a 2026 Logie Award; all five seasons of the award-winning drama series Bump (2021–25); Drag Race Down Under (2021–24); and co-productions such as Lord of the Flies (2026) and The Hack (2025).
