Highlighting the achievements in media of nine Australians in the online Encyclopedia of Women Leaders.

The NFSA has joined with nine other organisations to promote the understanding of Australian women’s leadership in the 20th century.

The result is Australia’s first online Encyclopedia of women leaders.

As part of the project we highlighted the cultural achievements of nine outstanding women leaders in film, women leaders in radio and women leaders in television.

These are nine women who – between them – have made their mark as actors, directors, producers, writers, announcers, editors, executives, teachers, activists, critics, designers and entrepreneurs.
