Hugo Hutton (Ben Oxenbould) sitting on a bench near Central Station, Sydney, is joined by a streetlady (Lillian Crombie). She is drinking from a bottle in a brown paper bag, Hugo is eating a Mars Bar. After exchanging sideways glances, the wine is swapped for the Mars Bar, and the two enjoy their treats. Desi Little (Gary Cooper) passes the streetlady as she is leaving, and calls her Aunty. Streetlady turns into an alley where she is accosted by a group of young hoods. Desi and Hugo run to her rescue. A police siren in the background scares the youths off. Streetlady tells Hugo and Desi she was doing fine without their heroics.

A cute scene that finally sees the two characters drawn together through a common cause, even though the person who unites them is unimpressed by their unified cause.
Round Up Synopsis
A short drama about two stockmen, one Indigenous and one not, who are caught up in racial conflict. Desi Little (Gary Cooper) and Hugo Hutton (Ben Oxenbould) are two men who are on a journey to deal with their own racism.
Round Up Curator's Notes
Round Up is a lighthearted drama that deals with the cultural clash between a white stockman and an Indigenous stockman. The first collaboration between director Rima Tamou and producer Pauline Clague after the pair graduated from the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS), Round Up was well received.
