Enjoy Living Through Yoga is a book by Swami Sarasvati published in 1975. It is a testament to Sarasvati's impact as a pioneer in introducing and popularising yoga to Australians and as a trailblazer for on-air cultural diversity. She moved to Australia from India in the late 1960s and by 1969 was presenting a self-titled daytime TV show called Swami Sarasvati on the Ten Network. The series taught viewers how to stretch, breathe and connect, and the publication of an accompanying book suggests how great Sarasvati's reach was with everyday Australians.

The book follows Swami's simple philosophy: ‘If you can't succeed in doing all the exercises, do as many as you can. You can never succeed if you don't make a start. Every prayer and every wish is answered by the work and effort we put in. Enjoy living through Yoga!’
